Pathway Reflection

So far this semester, I’ve absolutely learned much in these courses for successful graduate study in my area. These four elements listed below are the most impressed points for me: plagiarism, instruction, time management and presentation.
For plagiarism, it’s totally legal to imitate someone else’s work, without citing the source, to finish our own homework or project in my country, which means that what you only need to do is showing teachers that you’ve really taken time to finish your homework. However, it’s completely different in America. The study in this course has managed to inform me that if I’d like to finish graduate study successfully, I should pay more attention to avoiding involving the issue of plagiarism.
What’s more, the conception of instruction is an exactly new point for me. In other words, before taking this class, I even didn’t know there would be an instruction to help me finish homework better. Fortunately, the good news is that, right now, I have already started following the requirements in the rubric, in order to get a good grade on homework every time.
From designing of time management, I realized that I used to have a serious procrastination. After I made almost every schedule, I couldn’t finish all the missions or I finished them at the last night before due time, without following the management, although I really took time studying. Right now, I know, I need to focus more when I study, to save more sleeping time to guarantee I would keep energetic in the class.
Once, when I did a presentation in class, I didn’t control time under the limitation. From that time, when I made a presentation, I tried to calm down and manage my speech. Resulted from it, I did a good presentation for another major course.
